If the offer is conditional on items for which you are responsible, make sure that you meet your end of the deal. Confirm the final selling price, closing date, and other details, and sign the offer back to the buyer. You’ve officially sold your condo!
Your lawyer will help you finalize the last details of your closing, including any paperwork related to the sale or your mortgage for example, and to hand over the net proceeds of your sale!
